Japanese Recommendations!

My favorite anime that I’ve watched is   Attack on Titan . It’s a really popular show, and my brother introduced it to me about   two years ago . We ended up binge-watching the whole series together, and it was honestly one of the best shows I’ve ever watched. I also recommend watching   Japanese vlogs   because they help you understand the language in a more natural way. You can pick up on common phrases, mannerisms, and how people actually speak in everyday life, which makes it really helpful if you’re trying to learn more about Japanese culture. Another thing I love is   90s Japanese pop music , especially the song   “Stay With Me” by Miki Matsubara . It’s such a catchy song and has a really nice nostalgic vibe, and I never get tired of listening to it.

I watched a Tokyo vlog where the content creator visited various restaurants and hotels and engaged in everyday conversations with staff and locals. This allowed me to listen to and observe common mannerisms within Japanese culture, including body language, tone, and overall communication style. It was very enjoyable to watch, and it helped me better understand the pronunciation of words when spoken in natural, unscripted conversation rather than in a classroom setting. The interactions with hotel and restaurant staff were consistently polite and respectful, which highlighted the strong emphasis on courtesy and professionalism within Japanese culture.

I want to study and learn the Japanese language because I plan to go to Japan with my family next year, and I want to know basic phrases and conversational skills. I love Japanese cuisine, music, culture, and landmarks. I am excited to learn how to write and speak in Japanese and hold a conversation with someone in Japanese.  Here are some words and phrases in hiragana 寿司  (sushi) かく (to write) きく (to listen) いいえ (no) あう(to meet)
