This allowed me to listen to and observe common mannerisms within Japanese culture, including body language, tone, and overall communication style. It was very enjoyable to watch, and it helped me better understand the pronunciation of words when spoken in natural, unscripted conversation rather than in a classroom setting. The interactions with hotel and restaurant staff were consistently polite and respectful, which highlighted the strong emphasis on courtesy and professionalism within Japanese culture.
